PIXO White is CAD $69.99, ECHO Beige is CAD $89.99, ORBI White with blue trim is CAD $99.99, BOP Grey is CAD $119.99 and BT369 Black is CAD $79.99. Standard shipping to Canadian addresses is included. Your final order total is shown before you pay.
Delivery
Our available products ship from overseas fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery after order confirmation is 10–30 calendar days for PIXO, 15–45 calendar days for ECHO and 15–40 calendar days for ORBI, BOP and BT369. We will email tracking when the carrier provides it. Dates are estimates and may vary with destination or customs processing.
For PIXO, our current standard service estimate is 1–2 business days of handling plus 7–20 business days in transit, Monday to Saturday. The 10–30 calendar-day estimate above allows for non-business days; customs and destination delays can extend it.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund it. For a delayed order or an address correction, contact us with your order number.
Returns and problems
- If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping when a return is needed.
- For a change of mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay return shipping; we refund the product price after receiving and inspecting it.
- Do not send an item back before contacting us. We will provide the return instructions and address.
